1. General Provisions

Welcome to Ranaa Driving School. By accessing our services, booking lessons, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Ranaa Driving School ("We", "Us", or "Our") and the student ("You", "Your").

2. Driving Licenses & Fitness to Drive

It is legally required that all students present a valid UK Provisional Driving License before their first lesson.

• You must be able to read a standard UK number plate from a distance of 20.5 meters (with glasses or contact lenses if necessary).
• It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any medical conditions or prescription medications that may affect your ability to drive safely.
• If your instructor suspects you are under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing medication, the lesson will be immediately cancelled without a refund.

3. Cancellations & Alterations

We understand that schedules can change, but to provide fair service to all students and instructors, we strictly enforce our cancellation policy:

• 48-Hour Notice: You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a booked lesson.
• Late Cancellations: Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in you being charged the full standard fee for the missed lesson.
• Instructor Cancellations: If your instructor needs to postpone a lesson due to illness, vehicle breakdown, or extreme weather conditions, another time will be arranged at your convenience with no penalty.

4. Payments & Block Bookings

All payments for driving lessons must be made in advance. We accept payments via bank transfer or cash directly to the instructor prior to the lesson starting.

• Block booking discounts are only valid if paid in full upfront.
• Pre-paid block bookings are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining hours after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
• If you decide to cancel a block booking before completion, any utilized lessons will be retroactively charged at the standard hourly rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

5. Driving Tests

Your instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the driving school car for your practical driving test if, in their professional opinion, you are not consistently driving safely or are not at the required standard to pass.
